Sarah Silbert's practice focuses on the enforcement and protection of trademarks. She provides counseling relating to, and litigates matters involving, trademark infringement, unfair competition and false advertising. She has served clients in the telecommunications, online retail, and many other industries.

Sarah also has handled domain name disputes and matters involving copyright, patent, and trade dress infringement, trademark dilution, and misappropriation of name and likeness. She has served as the primary author of appellate briefs in the Second, Fifth, Ninth and Federal Circuits, all of which resulted in favorable outcomes for clients.

In addition to her intellectual property litigation and appellate practice, Sarah has prosecuted, maintained, and managed portfolios comprising United States and international trademark applications and registrations.

Sarah was named a "Rising Star" in intellectual property by Southern California Super Lawyers four years in a row.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Sarah worked in the magazine publishing and advertising industries.
